Refund & Return Policy
Because we deal in pharmaceutical products, returns are accepted only under strict conditions to safeguard patient safety.
Eligible for return
- Product received damaged or in broken seal
- Wrong product / wrong batch dispatched
- Short-expiry items (less than 3 months) supplied without prior notice
- Quantity mismatch versus invoice
Not eligible
- Cold-chain / refrigerated medicines once dispatched
- Products without original packaging or batch label
- Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
Refund process
Approved returns are credited to your ledger within 7 working days. Cash refunds are issued only for online prepaid orders. For COD/credit orders, the amount adjusts against your next invoice.
