1. Coverage area
DHEERAN PHARMACEUTICALS delivers to licensed pharmacies and hospitals across Tamil Nadu and select metros across India. Serviceability is shown at checkout based on your registered pincode.
2. Order cut-off & dispatch
- Orders confirmed and paid (or against approved credit) before 1:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Orders received after the cut-off, or on Sundays / bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
3. Delivery time

4. Shipping charges
Shipping is free for orders above ₹5,000. Below this threshold, a flat charge of ₹150 (intra-state) or ₹250 (inter-state) applies. Cold-chain shipments are charged at actuals.
5. Cold-chain
Vaccines and other cold-chain products are shipped in validated insulated boxes with gel packs and a temperature logger where required. Buyers must inspect and accept cold-chain consignments at the time of delivery.
6. Tracking
You will receive an SMS / WhatsApp / email with the courier tracking link once the consignment is handed over. You can also see live status on your Orders page.
7. Failed delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts due to no-response or incorrect address, the consignment will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges (₹250) will apply.
8. Damages in transit
Please record an unboxing video and report any visible damage within 24 hours to for replacement under our Refund Policy.
