By registering and placing orders on Dheeran Supply you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
- You must hold a valid Drug License and GSTIN.
- Account approval is at our sole discretion. We may reject or suspend any account.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are in INR and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
- Stock and rates can change without notice. The rate at the time of invoice generation is final.
- Minimum order value, if any, is shown at checkout.
Payments & credit
- Credit is offered only to approved buyers as per agreed terms.
- Outstanding dues beyond the credit period attract interest and may pause future supplies.
Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
- Risk passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier or received at the buyer's premises.
Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in our registered place of business.
